Join us in a safe and welcoming space where new mothers gather to connect, receive education around motherhood in a compassionate way during the critical months following birth.
Mama Walk & Stroll

Every 4th Wednesday of the month
Join us in a casual and connection-centered group gathering centered around pregnancy and early motherhood support. We meet outdoors at a family friendly park, bring your stroller and older kids are welcome too.

Join us for our Childbirth Education Class. Your investment in your labor & delivery preparation helps prepare yourself and your partner for your Labor Day and supports our mission. As a team we can guide and prepare you as best as possible for the most spontaneously "planned" event of life.

What's a "Warm Line"? Well, just like a support "Hot Line," you will receive a quick response from our Lactation Consultants. Our "Warm Line" consists of an online form that you submit to receive support. There is no cost for our Warm Line- contact us today!

Patricia Villarreal, IBCLC, CCE
Board Member, Co-founder
Patty has been a supporter and empowerer of parents for quite some time. In her lengthy career she has provided lactation consultation and childbirth education services to families at Kaweah Health, Sierra View Hospital and Tulare Hospitals. She is currently practicing privately, teaching childbirth education classes and leading breastfeeding support groups.

Monalisa Orduno, DONA, LCCE, CLEC
Board Member, Co-founder
Monalisa was called to her work initially as a birth Doula. Since then she has added many services that provide support to the entire family. She has taught Lamaze Childbirth Education classes to the public and Childbirth classes at Tulare and Hanford Hospitals. She has a private Doula practice and is currently teaching our monthly Labor & Birth Prep Education classes and leading birth circle support groups in Visalia and Porterville.

Ciara Lopez, DC, CCSP, Webster Certified
Board Member, Co-founder
Ciara is a Doctor of Chiropractic who has spent her career specializing in sports chiropractic, functional movement, prenatal and pediatric care. She is a Certified Sports Physician and Webster certified chiropractor. She has seen many women and children in her private practice. Her passion is postpartum healing and recovery. She is leading support groups for NICU mothers, C-section scar mobility and mama mindful movement classes.
